Shatha Al Maskiry is the Managing Director of Protiviti Oman, with over 25 years of experience in leading global organizations like Arthur Andersen, Shell, and PwC. Before joining Protiviti, she managed Fortune 500 clients in the USA. Her expertise spans Organizational Transformation, SME Advisory, People & Culture, and Risk Management.

Shatha mentors startups and young entrepreneurs. She is also the founder of Lahunna Oman, leading initiatives like Sidrah, Mahalha, Rialy, and Karam to inspire youth, shaping entrepreneurial mindsets, and community impact.

Shatha holds a BSc in Accounting from the American University, Washington D.C., and an MBA from the University of Surrey, UK. She is a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Coach, GLOF, and a published case study author for Pearson Education.
