In his role as Additional Secretary to the Government of India and Development Commissioner for the Ministry of MSME, Dr. Rajneesh works on comprehensive policy making for the MSME sector in India.  He has over 25 years of experience in the  Indian Administrative Service having worked at policy formulation and implementation positions in the Ministry of Finance,  Commerce,  Department of Rural Development, Urban Development & Town Planning,  Education, Home and IT.  He has also worked as PS to the President of India (2012-2017) and  Union  Finance Minister of India (2011-12).
